VIDEO: Nick Hook ft. Spank Rock 'Another Way'

Nick Hook released one of the dopest albums we've heard in a long time.  Relationships is a powerfully eclectic, emotional record, and he's just released a new video for one of the most exciting collaborations on it.  Spank Rock joins the New York producer on a tune that could only come from the spirited collaboration of such boldly creative artists.  The video is directed by Nicholas Barat (Fools Gold Records co-founder and DJ Nick Catchdubs) and styled by Kerin Rose Gold.

The track is produced by Frank Chase, and is certain to make a lasting impression...

Stream: Spank Rock 'The Upside'

This is your chance to stream the new Spank Rock EP.  'The Upside' is comprised of 7 tracks, and it's available now on Bad Blood and Boys Noize Records.  It's available digitally now, and that includes the special offer of a free download with any purchase from the Bad Blood Records online store.  This is an incredible evolution of Spank Rock's club influenced hip hop music, and features the single 'Assassin' with the return of Amanda Blank.  This is one release that's too good to pass up.  iTunes

So many of our favorites hail from Philadelphia, and this wonderful short documentary interviews some of the best.  From Spank Rock and Amanda Blank to Santigold and RJD2 and the legend Schooly D.  This is educational AND fun.  Thanks Noisey!
