VIDEO: Night Things 'Til I Kissed You'

The Los Angeles band Night Things have done something we've never seen before with their new video.  The song is a cover of the Everly Brothers classic 'Til I Kissed You'.  They interviewed couples from all over the city from ages 16 to 70 in relationships ranging from 1 month to 40 years.  The video focuses on them, and the band have shared more of these interviews on their Instagram.  In each one the subject discusses their first kiss, making the video the center piece in a larger project.  It's a profound, joyful, and truly powerful video because you not only see but you can feel how much these people love each other.

VIDEO: Night Things 'Cost Of The Summer'

Zach Shields and Maize LaRue have been working on their debut album as Night Things for 6 years.  The duo met when Shields and Ryan Gosling recorded their project Dead Man's Bones and Maize was part of the Silverlake Conservatory Children's Choir.  The new project is deeply rooted in dreams, something that is clearly portrayed in the video for 'Cost Of The Summer'.  The duo have also set up a hotline for people to call in and record their dreams and to potentially have them included in the music.

The video for 'Cost Of The Summer' is directed by Zach Shields and acclaimed choreographer Ryan Heffington.  Watch below, and check out this NPR interview with Night Things.  Oh yes, and call them at 1-800-390-0934.
