L'Orange & Solemn Brigham are Marlowe

Marlowe is the product of the collaboration between producer L'Orange and rapper Solemn Brigham.  This two makes a strong first impression with the song and video for 'Lost Arts'. It pairs a rugged lyricist with an innovative producer and the duo have cooked up a single with so much soul that we can't wait for more.  The 17 song self titled album is coming July 13th on Mello Music Group, and 'Lost Arts' has us convinced it's going to be worth the wait...

Denmark Vessey: 'Sun Go Nova'

Denmark Vessey has always been a challenge to fully comprehend, and that's the case with most artists that are truly original.  With his new record Sun Go Nova he's done something we'd never expect.  This one is produced entirely by Earl Sweatshirt and Knxwledge.  A collaboration that evolved spontaneously from Earl proclaiming the greatness of Martin Lucid Dream, Denmark Vessey's 2015 album.  The album is chill, soulful, and full of those eccentric raps that will keep you playing them back over and over again.  Do yourself a favour and get this record.

Calvin Valentine's 'Plush Seats'

If you're unfamiliar with Calvin Valetine this is the introduction you need.  If you've been in the know about one of the dopest producers in hip hop, this is just the thing you've been waiting for.  Plush Seats is here, 20 beats that are way too good to pass up.  Whether you're home alone, driving, or partying this album knocks.  It's pretty much and instant classic.  Get it here.

Chris Orrick ft. Fashawn: 'Bottom Feeders'

Chris Orrick's upcoming album Portraits is a personal one, and it's followed some big decisions for the rapper.  This is the first album he'll release under his real name, having ditched the name Red Pill due to it's use as a term by a certain section of the population, especially online.  The choice can't have come easy, and the song 'Bottom Feeders' lets you in on the state of mind of the mc in this day and age.  Orrick and Fashawn trade verses masterfully, but it's some of the more vulnerable moments that really shine:

"Can't foresee winning, but quitting isn't an option either..."

'Bottom Feeders' is produced by Exile.  Listen to it below, and preorder Portraits here.
