Hey Marseilles - Weds. Feb. 3 / 16 in at The Drake in Toronto!

Coming from Seattle, Washington, the incredible band known as Hey Marseilles are stopping in Toronto tonight at The Drake Hotel. This is a band with a unique sound that we have loved for a long time. Their orchestral 'chamber pop' (as others have described it), is comparable to none. They speak the truth, they do it beautifully, and they make exceptional music to go along with it. Info and music below!

This Friday in London, ON: The New Pornographers and Operators at London Music Hall!

This fantastic tour is only days away for South Western Ontario (and Montreal of course), and we couldn't be more excited. We've had the pleasure of seeing this wonderful band a couple of times before, including this past Summer at Riot Fest, and they were, as always in incredibly fine form.  They are hilarious, engaging, and so precise with their live performances, not to mention some of our favorite musicians happen to be New Pornographers.

02/04 Montreal, QC – Virgin Mobile Corona Theatre
02/05 Toronto, ON – Danforth Music Hall
02/06 London, ON – London Music Hall

Preview: Interpol + Hundred Waters at Kool Haus November 18

Back in June we were lucky enough to catch Hundred Waters perform at The Drake Underground here in Toronto.  That night we were blown away by the music from their newest album 'The Moon Rang Like A Bell', and left with the thought that their sound is so immense at times that a larger venue might be better suited for them.  In two weeks time we'll have the chance to do exactly that.  The Florida band is coming to Toronto in support of Interpol as they tour in support of 'El Pintor'.

The show is at Kool Haus, the perfect venue to see Interpol.  The chance to add such a unique act as Hundred Waters to the show is an exciting, surprising choice.  Get your tickets here!

Preview: Twin Forks at Lee's Palace November 7th

Twin Forks and their music have a very special effect on the audience.  Prior to knowing what the project would sound like, Chris Carraba knew that very connection was the prime focus in making the music that followed Dashboard Confessional and his solo career.  We were lucky enough to catch Twin Forks this summer at Toronto's renowned T.U.R.F. festival, following the release of their debut full length album in February.  The band embodies an undeniable sense of fun, something they are certain to bring to Lee's Palace this Friday. The music embodies the balance of half city, half rural life that reflects Carraba's Conneticut upbringing, and this is a sound that has grown quite popular in Canada.  Tickets
